  • WHAT IS NATALIE ATTIRED?

    Natalie Attired is a personalized, convenient, and fun "try before you buy" clothes shopping experience for women.  Based on your unique Style Profile, we send you a coordinated Collection of five items that fit and flatter.  We choose from a variety of contemporary quality brands to create "looks" you'll love.  We ship each Natalie Attired Collection with only one goal in mind --we want you to be so pleased with your Collection, you will be looking forward to finding your next Natalie Attired Collection on your doorstep!

  • WHO IS THE NATALIE ATTIRED CUSTOMER?

    Natalie Attired is for women who:  are size 2 to 22; are too busy to shop; don’t have a lot of shopping options nearby; are sometimes “hard to fit”; or don’t want to waste their time at the mall or in front of a computer screen searching for clothes online because we all value our time!

    Natalie Attired is also for women who love to shop, who love surprises, who love to feel good and look good in the fashions that they wear – to work, at play, or out on the town!  And who appreciate having a personal Stylist they can rely on.

  • HOW DOES NATALIE ATTIRED DETERMINE WHAT’S RIGHT FOR ME?

    The Natalie Attired Style Survey helps us learn about you.  The carefully crafted Survey consists of questions based on Shari Braendel's tried, true, and proprietary style assessment system. Your answers will create your own personal Style Profile so we will be able to determine your body shape and best color palette.  We will also gather information about your lifestyle and fashion style, your shopping habits, apparel preferences, and budget. The magic happens when your Personal Profile is reviewed by a Natalie Attired Stylist to curate a Collection you'll love.

  • IS THERE AN ONLINE CATALOG FOR ME TO SEE THE NATALIE ATTIRED INVENTORY?

    Natalie Attired is not like catalog shopping.  We carry a wide variety of brands and labels and are constantly changing our inventory to suit our customers’ wants and needs.  Our professional Stylists choose items for you.  However, when you fill out the Natalie Attired Style Survey you will see photos for “looks” that we can create, plus we also feature “looks” on our Facebook and Pinterest pages.  Information and notes you put in your Personal Profile lets us know what you like and what you don’t like.

  • MY SIZE VARIES DEPENDING ON THE BRAND I WEAR. HOW DOES NATALIE ATTIRED DETERMINE SIZE?

    At Natalie Attired we strive to find you the right fit, no matter what size is on the label – we use your measurements and how you like your items to fit to help us determine your size within each brand we carry.  And, we actually measure pieces before we add them to your Collection!  Be sure the measurements in your Personal Profile are as accurate as possible so that we can provide you with a good fit.

  • WHY DO I HAVE TO TAKE THE TIME TO FILL OUT THE NATALIE ATTIRED SURVEY?

    The Natalie Attired personal Style Survey consists of questions based on Shari Braendel’s proven and proprietary assessment methods.  The answers you provide make up your personal Style Profile and will help us determine your coloring, body type, and, as importantly, your fashion type, and budget.  Providing accurate responses gives us the best opportunity for us to meet your expectations.  Feel free to update your profile at any time in the future to keep us informed.

  • CAN I CHANGE THE ANSWERS ON MY STYLE PROFILE?

    Yes!  You can change your answers as often as you like.  We will use your most recent responses to curate your next Collection.

  • HOW MANY PIECES WILL I RECEIVE IN MY COLLECTION AND WHAT KINDS OF PIECES SHOULD I EXPECT?

    Each Collection consists of five coordinated pieces.  We choose from pants and jeans, tops and blouses, sweaters and jackets, skirts, dresses, scarves, and jewelry.  You can tell us in your personal Style Profile whether you want more of one item or none of another.  For instance, if you don’t wear skirts you can tell us, NO SKIRTS.  If you want something special in your next Collection, like a sundress or pair of dressy black pants, there’s a place on the Style Survey to let us know!

  • WHAT’S THE COST OF A COLLECTION?

    There is no set price for a Collection or for the individual items in each Collection.  However, you will be able to tell us what your budget is when you fill out your Style Survey.  We will work hard to get you the best value for your fashion dollar!

    We do not charge for shipping or returns.  You will be charged a $20 Styling Fee when we send your Collection.  The $20 will be applied to any purchase from that Collection.  And, if you buy everything in your Collection, you receive an additional 20% discount!

  • DO I HAVE TO SUBSCRIBE TO NATALIE ATTIRED?

    No.  You get to decide when and how often to receive a shipment.  When you complete your style profile and sign up with Natalie Attired you will choose the date to receive your first Collection with the option to schedule regular deliveries.  There are no minimums or long-term commitments.  AND, there are no shipping fees for deliveries or returns.

  • WHAT IS THE $20 STYLING FEE?

    The $20 Styling Fee allows us to provide you with personalized service -- a professionally trained Natalie Attired Stylist will curate a coordinated collection of five items just for you.  The $20 Styling Fee is charged to your credit card when your Collection ships.  The $20 will then be applied toward any purchase from that Collection.

  • HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DECIDE WHAT I WANT TO KEEP?

    When your Natalie Attired Collection arrives, you have three days to try everything on and decide what you want to keep.  You can buy some of it or none of it.  Within three days after having received your Collection, check out online and return what doesn’t work in the enclosed postage-paid envelope by simply dropping it in the US Mail.

  • DOES NATALIE ATTIRED OFFER DISCOUNTS?

    We always credit your $20 Styling Fee towards your purchase of any item(s) from your current Collection, and if you buy all five pieces you will receive an additional 20% off!

  • WHAT IF I DON’T BUY ANYTHING IN MY COLLECTION, CAN MY STYLING FEE BE APPLIED TO MY NEXT COLLECTION?

    We didn’t hit it out of the park? Sorry we missed the mark. You have three days to send back what didn’t work – whether it’s one piece or all five. You cannot roll over your Styling Fee to your next Collection.  But, returns are on us – simply place what you don’t want to keep into the addressed postage-paid envelope and drop it in the US Mail.

    Don't give up! With each order your feedback will allows us to get to know you a little bit better so that you can look forward to your next shipment.

  • CAN I BUY A NATALIE ATTIRED GIFT CERTIFICATE FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

    Yes!  With a few clicks, you can give the gift of fashion!  You will need to provide name and email address of your recipient.  Click on the Gift Certificate link below to fill out a form.  She'll thank you and we'll thank you - because she's sure to become a Natalie Attired fan!

  • WHAT IS THE NATALIE ATTIRED RETURN POLICY?

    Our goal is to make the Natalie Attired shopping experience one that you want to come back to time and again.  That’s why our Return Policy is as simple as can be.   Natalie Attired’s “try before you buy” business model keeps you in control.  The only thing we require is a non-refundable $20 Styling Fee for each Collection we send you.  The $20 Styling Fee always applies as a credit towards anything you purchase from that Collection -- keep everything and receive an additional 20% discount!  

    You choose the date when you want us to send you a Collection of clothing and accessories personally curated and matched to your Natalie Attired profile.  You have three calendar days to decide what you’ll keep and what you won’t.  Returned items must be returned in original condition with all tags attached.  Within three calendar days from the day you receive your box, log into to your Natalie Attired account to go through the checkout page to pay for the items you’ve decided to keep, then pop the returning items into the prepaid shipping bag included with your order.  The tracking information on our return label will assure you that we know you have taken care of the return in a timely manner.  If you do not respond within the prescribed time frame, we will automatically process payment for the entire Collection per your consent when placing your order.  As an example, if you receive your Natalie Attired Collection on Tuesday, you would need to checkout online and ship any returns by Friday. However, when your shipment arrives on a Thursday, you can check out and ship your returns on Monday.
